Jim Welsh, AMPChair
Jim is the Customer Analytics Manager at AMP, where his role involves using data to drive understanding of the cause and effect in both underwriting and claims, and to bring to the forefront the links between the two disciplines. He has previously worked with RGA, TAL and MLC.
Jim joined the Board in 2014 and became chair in January, 2016. He is ‘dedicated to increasing the relevance and rewards of ALUCA membership, helping ALUCA make a positive difference to our industry and to our association’s transparency’. Jim is a strong advocate for the use of data to advance the interests of the life insurance industry and its professionals. ‘I passionately believe in the difference we can make for every individual in the industry.’
